About TECHSOLUTIONS LTD

A web development and digital products company building websites, web applications, and browser-based software for Singapore businesses.

What the company does

TECHSOLUTIONS LTD designs and builds browser-based software. Most of our work sits between a marketing website and full enterprise software, which is where growing businesses actually operate.

Corporate sites, customer portals, internal tools, and SaaS platforms all follow the same discipline: agree the requirements first, then choose the technology that fits them. We are not a template shop and not a staffing agency. Projects are delivered by our own team, scoped in writing, and handed over with documentation that outlives the engagement.

Who we work with

Our clients are SMEs, growing companies, and product teams that need software built properly and maintained over time. Some arrive with a detailed brief and a deadline. Others arrive with a problem and a rough idea.

Both are workable. What matters more is whether you have a decision-maker who can approve scope and design, because projects move at the speed of decisions, not the speed of code. When the right person is in the room, the build stays on schedule and the scope stays honest.

If you are evaluating vendors, the useful question is not who has the biggest portfolio.

It is who can explain how they will scope your project, what they need from you, and what happens after launch. Ask that before you ask about price.

Decision-makers in the room keep the scope honest and the schedule predictable.

How we approach projects

We start with requirements, not tools. The technology choice follows from what the software must do, what it must integrate with, and who will maintain it in two years.

Choosing a stack first is how projects end up locked into something nobody can support. We document decisions so they survive staff changes. When a project changes hands, whether internally or between vendors, the reasoning should still be readable.

Decisions recorded so they survive staff changes Documented
Handover with the reasoning still readable Transferable

The principles behind the work

Three things we hold to, and what each one means in practice for a project you are paying for.

You own the code

The source we write for you is yours, with documentation and repository access handed over at the end of the engagement. Nothing about your product should depend on staying with us.

Scope agreed in writing

Build starts after the scope is written down and signed off. That protects both sides: you know what is being delivered, and we know what we are accountable for.

We push back early

If a requirement is a bad idea, we say so, even when it is not what you want to hear. It is cheaper to argue about a feature in a meeting than to build it, ship it, and discover nobody uses it.

Remote delivery, in practice

Working across time zones comes down to process: fixed communication rhythms, written scope, and shared environments you can access at any hour.

Most friction people associate with remote vendors is really friction from unclear agreements. We keep updates short and specific. What moved, what is blocked, what we need from you. Long status reports tend to hide problems rather than surface them, so we write less and say more.

Registration and company details

We serve Singapore clients remotely. That arrangement is deliberate: it lets us work with businesses across the region without asking them to fund an office they will never visit.

If you need our registration details for procurement, onboarding, or a vendor file, everything required is listed alongside. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Where we are going

Questions worth asking us

Can you work with a brief that is still rough?

Yes. Most first conversations start from a problem rather than a specification. We help turn that into written requirements you can approve, and the scope only starts once that document exists.

What do you need from us to start?

One decision-maker who can approve scope and design, access to any systems the product must connect to, and a rough sense of your timeline. Everything else we can work through together.

What happens after launch?

You receive the source, the documentation, and the reasoning behind the technical decisions. Whether you continue with us or maintain the product in-house, the handover should be readable by the next person who touches it.

Do you only work with Singapore businesses?

Singapore businesses are our focus because that is where our process fits best. We work remotely with teams across the region, and we are happy to talk through whether a project is a good match before anything is committed.

Talk to us about a project

Tell us what you are trying to build and who it is for. We will tell you how we would scope it, what we would need from you, and where the risks sit. If a project is not a good fit, we will say that too.
