Three ways to start the conversation
Pick whichever suits the stage you are at. A half-formed idea is fine — we would rather ask two questions now than guess at scope later. Every route reaches the same inbox, read by the people who would actually work on the build.
Send the details that matter
The form below is the same inbox as the email address, just structured. Fill what you can and skip what you do not know yet. We read every enquiry and reply with either clarifying questions or a proposed next step.
- No mailing list. Your details are not passed to third parties.
- How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Replies may land the next working day.
Project enquiry
What to include in your message
The more context you give, the more useful our first reply will be. A short paragraph is enough to start. If you already have a brief, a scope document, or a list of requirements, send it — we will read it before we write back, and we will not ask you to repeat what is already on the page.
If you do not have any of that, describe the problem in your own words. What is the thing that is currently slow, manual, expensive, or simply missing? We have started projects from less than that, and a rough description usually surfaces the real question faster than a polished document.
One thing worth being upfront about: we do not quote application builds without requirements, and we do not promise launch dates before discovery. If you need either of those things before a conversation, we will explain why we work the other way. For small site work, a rough page count and a sense of the content you already have is enough to start.
Four questions we will ask
Remote delivery with scheduled checkpoints and shared environments, so you see the build as it happens rather than at the end.
Enquiries we handle
Work we take on, and work we decline
If your enquiry falls outside the list below, we will say so rather than stretch to fit. Referring you elsewhere costs us nothing and saves you time.
What happens after you write
We read every enquiry and reply with either clarifying questions or a proposed next step, usually a short call to understand the project. From there, if it looks like a fit, we suggest a scoping conversation.
Step 1
We read and reply
Either with questions about what you sent, or with a straight answer if the work is outside what we do well.
Step 2
A short call
Thirty minutes to understand the users, the constraints, and what a good outcome looks like for you.
Step 3
Scoping conversation
If it looks like a fit, we scope the work together and put the shape of the build in writing before anything starts.
You will not be added to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to third parties. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

A quick note on scope before you send anything.

Questions worth asking any team
The answers separate teams that have done this before from teams that have not. We are happy to answer all of them in writing before you commit to anything.
Who owns the code at the end?
You should. Ask for that in writing before you start, along with where the repository lives and what happens to it if the relationship ends. A team that hesitates on this question is telling you something.
What happens after launch?
Software keeps needing attention: dependency updates, small changes, the bug that only appears with real traffic. Ask who handles that, on what terms, and whether it is a retainer or ad hoc. Vague answers here turn into a difficult month later.
Can you see a working environment during the build?
Yes is the answer you want. A shared environment means you can click through the work as it develops instead of waiting months for a reveal. If the first time you see the product is the handover, ask why.
What does support cost?
Ask for the shape of it, not just a number: hourly, monthly, or included for a period after launch. Support is where most of the total cost of ownership sits, and it is usually the line missing from the first quote you receive.
Ready when you are
Send the project details by email, or use the form above if you would rather keep everything in one thread. Either way you get a reply from a person who read what you wrote, with a suggested next step or an honest no.
